Research Ethics
Research activities conducted within the BEFL follow ethical principles specific to scientific research and academic standards applicable to experimental studies.
Participation in experiments is voluntary and based on informed consent. Participants are informed about the general purpose of the study, experimental procedures, and their rights throughout participation.
Data Protection
Data collected during experiments are treated confidentially and used exclusively for scientific research purposes.
The laboratory complies with data protection regulations (GDPR). Data are anonymized or pseudonymized when appropriate, and access is restricted to authorized members of the research team.
Ethical Approval
Experimental studies conducted within the laboratory comply with institutional research ethics procedures and are reviewed and approved by the Ethics Commission of Babeș-Bolyai University.
